"From a very young age I knew that food would be a big part of my life. I loved the way food and events brought people together. Frecious catering and events is all about that and has been my dream since I was a little girl. I've learned so much over the years, the number one most important thing I've learned is to treat others the way you want to be treated. After over 18 years in the food & service industry I've also learned that if you want to be successful at anything you have to have passion. That passion was handed down to me from a very young age.
Growing up I remember helping my grandmother JouJou prepare us traditional Egyptian food & desserts. Joujou always put so much love in her food, you always tasted it. My mother and father have taught me so much about food, growing up I always had my friends over for the delicious meals prepared by my parents. My dad was popular for his Italian/ Mediterranean food and my mom was popular for the traditional Egyptian food and desserts that we grew up loving. I wouldn't be where I am today without them.
